'INGECO' uses the back to back tapered roller / spherical bearing system which offered significantly longer life and reliability. This system carries reverse thrust load generated by differential pressure generated during moulding process. Some special features and added benefits of the system :

• Has ample radial load bearing capabilities, and also better thrust bearing capabilities.
• Preloaded, back to back taper roller / Spherical Thrust bearings distributes thrust load equally between both the bearings, improving bearing life and reducing reuired bearing size.
• Taper roller bearings are proven to contribute longer equipment life.
• For the same size of bearing the taper roller bearings had higher dynamic and static load ratings.
• Axial thrust loads are best carried by tapered rollers / Spherical Thrust bearings because of the extended and evenly distributed load contact area of the tapered design.
