INVERTED DRAWING BLOCK


The use of inverted drawing machine is increasing day by day for drawing cold heading quality wire, high carbon wire, stainless steel wires & various kinds of alloy wires of thick sizes and specially for small quality each sizes with bigger coil weights. The machine can increase the efficiency of work to a large extent as the drawing is done from coil to coil & drawn wires are directly wound on carries with are taken as it is for further in plant use or large coil dispatches.

In case of wires size over 20mm productivity can also be increased with inline type cutter pointing machine and horizontal arm type revolving pay of with push feeding system.

TAKE UP FRAMES


Assomac offers Multi head Horizontal and vertical Take-up Frames for L.C. and H.C. steel wire galvanizing plants, Stainless steel wire bare or coated, patenting and surface treatment lines. A wide range of machines are available with standards block diameters of 300mm, to 800mm and wire dia. Ranging from 0.5mm to 8mm. Coil weight upto 1200Kgs.
Vertical Drop Coilers
  • Rotating flat drum type of double flanged type with single or double pressure rollers or v- groove type drum blocks. Hardened and ground block drums for low wear and tear.
  • Individually driven blocks or group driven blocks, speed variable through frequency control A.C. Drives or thyristor control D.C. Drives.
  • Variable speed through frequency inverter not only for individual speed setting but also for their behavior in start-up and for general safety reasons during threading operations.
  • Wires are guided by set of creel pulleys; individual pulleys, killing rollers and pressure rollers are fitted on each block.
  • Pattern laying option with individually or group driven turntables.
  • Easy dismounting of filled coil through independent trolleys at each turntable.
  • Benefits in the form of uninterrupted, non-stop production, larger coil weight proper cast and helix, smooth pay off for subsequent operation.
