BELT CONVEYOR

Belt running on idlers having width ranging from 0.45 mtrs to 1.2 mtrs up to a length of 100 mtrs, either horizontally or in inclined position, inclination and material carrying capacity depends on physical properties and particle size of the material, the rollers may be of M.S or S.S.
Precious is manufacturing high quality Pneumatic Conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Bucket elevators, Screw Conveyors etc. for the automation feeding and output product handling, which helps in cutting the labor cost.

SCREW CONVEYOR

Available in different sizes start from 150 mm dia to 600 dia in different length and different construction of material like, M.S / S.S etc. These could be used either horizontally or up to an inclination of 45 degree or so.

TRUCK LOADER

It is a combination of Bucket Elevator and Belt conveyor to transfer heap of the crushed material to the truck. Material should be dry and not more than 50 mm in size. The extended Belt conveyor reaches about 3 mtrs inside the truck. The entire system can be moved with some Automobiles as a trailer.
