Two Speed (Speed Change) Gear Box

Elecon has developed and supplied Two Speed, Speed change Gearbox to drive equipment at two different speed using single speed Electric Motor. Gearbox is of vertically offset type i.e. input and output shaft are vertically offset to each other. Gearbox is with hand Lever to change the speed by using other gear meshing. Teeth are case hardened and ground to very close accuracy as per latest DIN specifications.

Heavy Duty Agitator Drive Gear Box

Elecon has manufactured and supplied special Agitator Drive Gearbox for Chemical Industries. The gear are made from high tensile carburizing Alloy Steel, case hardened, precisely ground to accuracy class 6. Also output shaft supported on heavy duty antifriction bearings to take care of load from Agitator. Gearbox with motor adaptor at input to Mount Electric Motor. Also gearbox is with Built-on-Pump for Lubrication of top bearings and measuring.

This year, Elecon have received prestigious order from M/s Black Water, Australia for supply of Complete Conveyor Drive system Elecon scope of supply for this project includes 24 Set of Conveyor Drive units.
