NTB Argon Arc Welding Nozzles (AL98)
NTB CERATUFF ALUMINA AL98 Ceramic Welding Nozzles exhibit high temperature resistance, do not melt or deteriorate even in the most demanding applications. NTB CERATUFF Welding Nozzles have a higher erosion resistance when compared to the 95% alumina nozzles supplied by the competitors. Consequently, NTB CERATUFF Nozzles provide longer service life and maximum performance under a wide range of operating conditions, like in aluminum welding etc. NTB CERATUFF AL98 Nozzles are able to dissipate the welding heat better and thereby result in cooler temperatures in the handle zone.

NTB CERATUFF Welding Nozzles have been specially designed with higher cavity space around the electrode, to allow a large cross sectional area for laminar flow of inert argon gas. This provides copious, uniform & laminar blanket of argon gas in the weld area for excellent results.
