NTB Centri-Cleaner Cones (AL95)

NTB CERATUFF 95% Alumina Ceramics Cleaners withstand high processing temperatures without distorting. By contrast, plastic cleaners can soften and sag seriously compromising performance and effectiveness. With the increased concern over dioxins, many mills are evaluating the use of hydrogen peroxide as a bleaching agent. Plastic Cleaners are known to deteriorate in such peroxide systems. However, NTB CERATUFF Ceramic is unaffected by peroxide & are inert to the most aggressive attacks of Chemicals, Abrasives and other Hard Impurities which may be introduced through the increased use of recycled paper.

The Initial cost for ceramic may be higher than for plastic, but ceramic pay-off is unbeatable in the long term performance. Solid and stable, it won't sag, crack, or deteriorate, and it won't contaminate your stock. NTB CERATUFF Ceramic wear 10/20 times slower, maintain stable operating conditions, & reject ratios, and consequently save energy with lower reject recycling.
