NSW Provides complete authorize plants for powder coating with pre treatment line. The job to be coated move on a conveyor through the coating booth and then curing ovens. Overhead monorail conveyor are mostly used but depending on the job configuration floor monorail conveyors, belt conveyors and chain conveyor can also be used.

The Powder coating booths can be kept independently for batch type operation and can also be incorporated with a transmission conveyor for continuous automatic operation.

Before painting cleaning of product & depositing of phosphate layer on the product is required to provide excellent applying of powder. In the industries there are two main method for Pretreatment of the products.

1. Dipping Method: This system contains the chemicals & water tanks for cleaning of acids, alkaline and oily particles by dipping the work pieces in to the tanks.

2. Spray Washers: Spray washers are the most popular type of surface preparation equipment. They employ acids or alkaline cleaners by spray method.
