We enjoy the pleasure of introducing our selves as one of the most well known unit in the region for precision and accurate jobs, which has been certified by TÜVNORD for ISO/TS 16949:2002.
We are regular vendors to M/s Shriram Piston & Rings Ltd., we are the sole suppliers for the welding chips/buttons required by their engine valve plant for the manufacture of bimetallic valves, previously these chips were being imported from Japan, we also supply certain precision components  required on their machines, such as Chip Guide rings for their induction welding machine, Spindle Assembly for CDL & CNC CDL machines, Roller Housing Assembly for the MUG machine etc.
We have also developed loading magazines, Stem Collets for double end clamping of the small valves on the CDL machines and a Swirl Polish attachment, a valve packing machine is also under development. We are also undertaking their plant automation for man power reduction which is under progress.
 We also supply certain items to other OEM’s like Mahindera & Mahindera, Scooters India etc.
Technical know how the proprietor himself is a technical person with 10 years of working experience in the Tool Room of Escorts Mahle Ltd., Bahadurgarh, Patiala.
