Our Company
Ever since 1981, we have been supplying coded process equipment to our clients in India and worldover. Our equipment have stood the test of time in a variety of applications in chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, refineries, steel, dye intermediates pigments, rubber, rubber chemicals and other process industries.
We have since perfected the processes of standards-based design, fabrication testing and supply of a variety of chemical process equipment including reaction vessels, Agitators, high pressure autoclaves, Hydrogenators, Pressure Vessels, Heat-Exchangers, Tall Vertical Columns among others.
In addition, we have manufactured and supplied various specialized and proprietary products like Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryers, Spherical paddle chopper dryer, Rotocone vacuum dryer, Conical screw dryer, Ribbon blender, Co-Axial; Contra-Rotating mixers and Silicon-Carbide heat exchangers to our clients.

Our People
Our team consists of over 100 trained and highly experienced engineers with expertise in the fields of design, planning, cost estimation, sourcing, production management and quality assurance & control. They are ably assisted by nearly 400 skilled technicians spread across our five plant locations in and around Mumbai city.

Whether it is manufacturing and supply of specialized and proprietary equipment such as dryers, mixers or heat exchangers for chemical industry, or creating GMP equipment for pharmaceutical, bio-processing and other hygiene sectors. Our products have won wide appreciation.
Our custom fabrications are built to world-class standards. We have in-house capability to design and supply equipment that are up to 5000 mm in diameter and 17 meters in length, or tall columns of up to 40 meters in height, or shell thickness of up to 65 mm, capable of working under pressures ranging from full vacuum to 76 Kg/Cm2 (g), we have developed competence in building them all. We have created products using a variety of materials including. Stainless steel, Duplex steel, Alloy steel, Carbon steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel. Nickel, Copper. CuproNickel, Aluminium, Aluminium-Bronze and Titanium in bare and explosion-bonded constructions. Today we can offer jobs under third-party acceptance including Lloyds. TUV, Jacobs H&G and TCS.
Our equipment are designed and constructed to meet international codes & standards including ASME/TEMA/PED 5500/API 620/API 650/DIN/EEUA Handbook / EJMA. We are ISO 9001-2000 certified company under Llodys register. Also one of our sister concern is ASME “U” Stamp certified. We are under the process of upgrading our systems & facilities for CE Marking.
Our Facilities
We are able to create world-class solutions because we use world-class tools. Design technologies such as Pv-Elite V2006. Code Calc, Autocad 2006, Solid edge V-18, Mechcal among others, when used by people with sound process industry knowledge, result in faster product development through fewer iterations. In addition our production facilities match the best in the business. Among the key in-house facilities we have are plasma Arc Cutting equipment. Plate binding, dish-end forming, machining, mechanical & electro-chemical polishing, non=destructive testing. Liquid penertrant testing, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic thickness gauging, paint thickness measurement, and surface roughness measurement technologies
