Products
Distribution Transformer
We
offer wide range of distribution transformers, voltage stabilizers, transformer parts, that have been designed
by our highly experienced and innovative engineers to deliver
powerful performance. We strive to provide highest grade of
quality transformers by ensuring that they are made in conformity
to the accepted standards. Our transformers are available as
single and three phases, dry and oil immersed and are specially
designed as per the different power ratings.
Salient
Features
Manufactured in accordance with IS : 2026 / 1977, IS : 1180
/ 1989 or as per customer specification.
Unless or otherwise specified, the transformers will be
connected as per Vector Group reference DY 11 in accordance
with International Practice.
The core used is best quality cold rolled grain oriented
and laser processed silicon Steel sheet.
High quality conductor of copper/aluminium in our products.
Our oil-immersed transformers are insulated by electrical
grade insulated press board and thermally upgraded insulating
kraft paper.
Tappings +/– 5% in steps of 2.5% or as customer’s
requirement.
Dehydrated EHV-Grade transformer oil as per IS : 335
(1993).
Quality porcelain bushings (HV/LV) are used on the high /
low voltage terminals.
All tanks are assembled by cold / hot rolled steel plates
through welding.
Transformers can be installed Indoor or Outdoor
(installations can be arranged upon customer’s request)
All transformers are tested for all the routine tests as
per IS : 2026.
Products are warranted for 5 years from the date of
manufacturing against any defect (additional three free
services at site for 1 year)
