Cuplock Standards are manufactured from Higher grade steel tubes, which allows upto 57 KN of load per leg. The connection point is set at 100%/1000 mm. The captive mobile cups are made out of Malleable cast iron to ensure rough site handling and welded bottom cups are pressed from high quality steel. Loose spigots are used to provide trouble free and strong

connection between verticals. All ledgers/horizontals are provided with identical forged blade ends to fit in the cups of the standards.

Telescopic Props and Telescopic Span Systems
Telescopic props are the most economical method of support for all kinds of staging i.e Slab , beams , RCC walls and columns . They are available in various sizes . They are made out of 50 mmNB as outer and 40mm Nb as inner tube conforming to IS 1161/1239. Nut is made of malleable cast iron . At the top, it is provided with fork head or base plate and at the base it is provided with a plate which is 150x150x 6 mm
