4-Bar Rotary Cutting & Creasing Machine

Cutting and creasing is the initial process carried out in the manufacture of a corrugated box. It is simultaneously carried over this machine. Two pairs of shafts have creasing and cutting heads mounted on them which can be easily set as required. Depending upon the thickness of board (3ply, 5ply, 7ply or 9ply), separate creasers are to be used. The sheets are piled separate creasers are to be used. This machine is utilized for trimming, creasing, slotting and corner cutting of the sheet simultaneously. The production of machine is quite high. It has 4 creasing heads, 4 trimming heads, 3 slotting heads and 1 corner cutting head. It has a chain feeding arrangement.

Heavy Duty Punching, Creasing & Embossing Press

This heavy duty platen punching, creasing and embossing press is utilized for creasing and punching of cardboard cartons as well as corrugated boxes. The drive to the platen is transferred by an electro-magnetic clutch. The platen can work in three modes continuous, single stroke or dwell. Two safety guides are provided for instant stopping of the machine in an emergency. The Machine shown is with Double S-Part Moving Bracket but other machines with smaller sizes have Single S-Part moving Bracket.
