We design and supply CO2 gas plants and CO2 extraction plants that are based on
various fuels – liquid fuels and natural gas. For places and countries where
liquid fuel/ natural gases are costly, we make the plants on bio-mass like wood
waste, flue and bye-product gases from fertilizer plants, breweries and
distilleries to extract even more wealth from waste. Gaslabs' flue gas plant uses
boiler or any furnace flue gas as a raw material thus doing away with costly liquid
fuel which is costlier in Asian countries.
The flue and biomass gas plants can be designed in the different capacities ranging from 30 kg per hour to 2000kg per hour depending on the available input and client requirement.
Other options may be the plants that run on waste hard coke, nut coke, breeze coke and pearl coke etc.

Storage tank system, Dry Ice presses, Instant Dry Ice/Snow makers, CO2 measuring
meters, CO2 purity apparatus, CO2 Vaporizers, CO2 Manifold system and all others
equipments connected with CO2 industry. Besides production plants We specialize in
recovery systems for breweries , distilleries and mines. We are pioneers in bio mass
based CO2 generation systems. Our boiler flue gas recovery plants spin ‘wealth from

ourselves and our plants so as to give you an idea about the international quality products

Our plants are made of stainless steel and all critical parts are made of stainless steel 316
grade. We select the very best components. For example all our motors are of Siemens/ABB make. For export we have special 380 volts motors. Electrical contacts are
of 'Siemens' make and all our Plate Heat Exchangers are of Alfa Laval. Our CO2 filling
pump is of 'Cryo' make. We use specially designed American company's slow speed
horizontal type CO2 compressor and there is thus much less wear and tear. Our
Refrigeration compressors are of 'Kirloskar' make and pumps are having mechanical
seals. The tank refrigeration system has the German Bitzer compressor and world famous
Siemens/ ABB motors. Refrigeration is fitted with all the controls. We supply the plants
on turn-key basis including tanks and tankers for storage over transportation of liquid CO2.
Our tank system is with PU insulation 150 mm thick properly fitted with safety valves and with internal refrigeration coil. The entire tank is made of special low temperature steel . Plants from famous European companies are made in Mild Steel and are still more
expensive than our stainless steel plants.
Our plant comes on skid to minimize time in the installation. Our entire plant is warrantee against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year. We will send our entire team who will erect, install and commission the plant & train the personnel of the buyer.
We are exporting regularly these plants regularly from India. We have installed many
units in Middle East besides many other places. We have installed plants for 300 and 500 and 1000 kg/hr. capacity in India. Our plants produce only food grade CO2 gas.
