BASKET TYPE STRAINERS AND FILTERS

Easily removable cover with single handle. Robust design, most suitable for marine application upto 300# with flanged and screwed ends. Very low height required for element removal. Flow from inside to outside. Perforated basket lined with wire mesh as per requirement.

Application: Filtration of liquids, Lube & fuel oil, Chemicals etc. in the pipe line.
Construction: Close Grain Cast Iron, Bronze, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel and Fabricated Construction.

DUPLEX STRAINERS AND FILTERS

The Duplex filter consist of two filters connected in parallel through a changeover device which consists of two balls housed in one housing, for operation with a single handle.

• Inlet and the Outlet at the same level and in opposite direction. Therefore the filter as such can be installed in existing pipeline.
• Side bodies (filter housings) are flange mounted with our unique Double Ball Changeover Device and can be made to any size to increase Filtration Area and Debris Collection Volume.
• Leak proof design with Bubble Tight Sealing as in the case of Ball valves.
• Easily replaceable PTFE Seats of balls.

Construction: Close Grain Cast Iron, Bronze, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel and Fabricated Construction.

' Y ' STRAINERS

Bronze 'Y' Strainers are very commonly used in heating and cooling systems, pipeline carrying water and other liquids and in various machines. Machined seats for perfect seating of Element. NPT or BSP threaded connections. Provided with blow off plug. The plug can be replaced with Ball Value for cleaning & flushing.

Type: ‘Y' Type Strainers.
Application: Filtration of liquids, Water, Lube & fuel oil, Chemicals etc. in the pipe line and to protect equipment.
Construction: Close Grain Cast Iron, Bronze, Gun Metal, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel and Fabricated Construction.
Connections: Flanged, Screwed, S.W Ends Flanges in DIN, ASA or to customer's specifications.

CONICAL STRAINERS

Type: Conical Strainers.
Application: For trapping foreign particles in the pipe line to be used as temporary strainers during start up and Trail runs. Used as resin traps also.
Construction: Stainless Steel (SS 304 & SS 316)
Connections: Suitable for mounting in between Flanges of pipe joints.
Range : Sizes from NB 20 onwards.
Flanges suitable for mounting in DIN or ASA Flanges.
Micro rating as per customers’ requirement.

SELF CLEANING STRAINERS

Application:
Strainwell self cleaning strainer is designed for continuous removal suspended particles from all type of liquids. Application are in industrial plants using river, lake well or sea water for cooling, descaling, bearing lubrication, spraying quenching and similar purpose, pipeline size, 50 mm to 1200 mm or large upon application.
Liquids other than water, such as chemicals acids white water (paper mills), sewage and ammonia flushing liquor can also be (coke plant) effectively strained.

STRAINWELL PORTABLE OIL FILTER UNIT

Strainwell Portable oil filter unit uses a motorized pump set and a filter unit to remove dirt and sediments from the oil being transferred. Rugged design makes it suitable for toughest industrial applications. Increases efficiency, reduces maintenance when used with diesel. Increases Oil service life, Reduces Equipment down time and maintenance of generators when used with lubricating Oils & Hydraulic Oils. Filteration level from 10 micron down to 1 micron.
