DRIVE, situated in Pune and 1994 PARKHE AWARD WINNER, offers wide range of Vane Type Pneumatic Actuators for quarter turn applications, which are efficient, reliable, cost-effective and compact.
Products
DR Series
The product provides remote control rotary operation through 90° angle of BALL–BUTTERFLY–PLUG valves. This design makes it useful in operating other mechanisms like Machine Tools, Ducting Flaps, Furnace Doors, Potentio Meters, Indexing Mechanisms, Positioning, Equipments, Safety and Flow Control Devices, Automatic or Remote Control Gear Changing, etc.

Unique Design for Reliability
- ‘DRIVE’ actuators are easy to install because of their compact, light weight design.
- Mounting kits for all types of valves and other types of devices are available on request.
- The vane design provides constant torque output throughout the stroke.
- ALL ‘DRIVE’ actuators are factory lubricated and totally sealed—needs no further lubrication.
- Each component and actuator is inspected at various stages of manufacturing.
- Because of only two wear parts and strict quality control, ‘DRIVE’ actuators offers long trouble free life.
- Solenoid Valves, Valve Positioner, etc. can be adopted easily along with ‘DRIVE’ actuators.
- Only ‘O’ rings are subject to wear and can be replaced easily.
- The force developed from the vane is directly transmitted to the vane – transmission losses negligible.
- Allows precise setting of vane travel in relation to accurate opening and positive closing of valve. |

Construction
An aluminium vane alongwith torque out put shaft is fitted in two identical aluminium housing with ‘O’ rings on vane periphery dividing main housing in to two different chambers for pneumatic input / output. This is a double acting type of design.
