Amado Tools, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, manufactures precision components & assemblies. The Company has two units; one was started in 1980 in Kottayam Kerala with 65 employees, making components & assemblies for the Automobile & Aeronautical sector and the second one is located in Bangalore with 40 employees and is mainly into automobile components and assemblies.

Our machine shop has 5 axis CNC machining Centres, CNC Turn Mill Centres, Jig boring, Precision Cylindrical Grinding, Power Presses, Welding, CNC EDM, etc. We also offer the inspection facilities-CMM, profile projector, 2-D height gauges, Air gauges, surface roughness tester, and other measuring instruments.

Other products manufactured by Amado tools are Precision aerospace valves: servo valves, solenoid valves, lock valves, and other valves as per specifications; High Tensile precision aerospace fasteners: hexagonal sockets head bolts, Jo bolts, key inserts, plain nuts, nylock nuts, titanium fasteners, and other fasteners as per specifications with 4H5H class threads; Hose end fittings: standard hose end fittings, bend hose end fittings, and other hose end fittings as per specifications.
