Alliance Engineering Company established in 1967, is an ISO 9001-2008 quality certified company. It is one of the largest manufacturers of gear couplings, spindle couplings, flexible shaft couplings and torsion shaft type couplings with brand name “ALLFLEX™”. ALLIANCE has the capacity to manufacture couplings upto 2000mm O.D. having torque rating upto 1000000 kgm and bore capacity of 1000mm.
The factory is situated in the Dombivli Industrial Area of MIDC, about 50 km from Mumbai. It is equipped with 12 gear hobbing and gear shaping machines, radial drills and lathes.
Strict quality control is maintained during machining, heat treatment and gear cutting.
ALLFLEX™ couplings manufactured by ALLIANCE ENGINEERING CO. are extensively used by over 1000 OEMs and actual users for drives in Cement Mills, Sugar Mills, Hot & Cold Rolling Mills, Papers Mills, Cranes, Conveyors, Pumps, Compressors, Rubber Mills etc.
