APW President Systems Limited began in 1981 as President Systems, a small scale partnership firm. In the first 3 years the company introduced Card Frames (sub-racks), 19" Floor Standing cabinets, Table Racks, Instrument Cases, and a whole host of accessories for each of these product groups. These were all made to the 19" standard and conformed to the DIN 41494 specification.
The last few years have been a time of accelerating change. Globalization has led to the emergence of new markets abroad - and international competition at home. Technology has advanced at cyber speeds. The Telecom and internet sectors have seen rapid growth. And customers needs and expectations have risen constantly.
From the time the joint venture was established in 1995, the Indian company has enjoyed a close partnership - first with VERO Electronics UK, and then with its successor, APW Inc of the US.

APW President products are widely distributed and are conveniently available through a strong distributor network. In addition to distribution centers, APSL has its own Sales & Marketing Offices in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. All offices are staffed with technically trained and experienced sales personnel.
The chain of distributors carry ready stocks of President products at the main metros.
