Sprockets

  • Type: Single, Double and Multi Starts
  • Capacity: up to 4500 mm outer diameter, 50 Modules ferrous and non-ferrous
  • Application: They are widely used in numerous equipments in small and large industries such as sugar mills, sponge iron plants, cement plants, fertiliser plants, thermal power stations, mineral plants, mining industry, steel rolling plants, chemical plants, paper mills, material handing equipments, textile plants, machine tools etc.

Worm gears are cylindrical shaped gears. The spiral thread in worm gears drives mating worm wheels in high-reduction gear set applications. They are efficient in operation when they operate on non-intersecting perpendicular axes. Worm gears are crafted for reducing speed or increasing speed, torque multiplication and accuracy improvement for positioning systems. Worm gear drives is a product of importance in industries because they provide extended speed reduction.

    Superior design & material

As per the specific requirement, the worm wheel gears are available in metal or plastic casting. To make it usable for different purposes, we manufacture worm gears using wide variety of materials that meet the exact needs of the clients.

We undertake superior design and at the same time use non-corrosive material of construction. Our gears are available in different types of metals – aluminium, cast iron, brass, bronze, steel (hardened and stainless), etc. For the plastic category we have acetal, nylon, delrin and polycarbonate.
