Industrial Gearboxes

Bajrang has a fully equipped plant with latest CNC Machines to manufacture gears for wide industries. The Company is equipped with design software and testing facilities. It is also capable of manufacturing gearboxes as per customers' requirement and specifications and also provides designing facilities for gearbox.

For larger reduction in compact space owing to more plants sharing the load, planetary gear boxes are available in ration from 3.15 to 450 in models BP-160, 250 & 315 in one or two stages, transmitting from 1 kW to 50 kW power have been added to family of quality products from BEW.

Bajrang’s Geared Motors in I-II & III stages for ready to fit mountings options from 1.25 to 180 transmission ration with R20 geometrical increments from power range 18 to 45 kW in U.S. 25 to 130 cast iron housings. Designing ratings are based on ISO/DIN standards.

The CTA couplings range from size 32 to 450 & CTB Couplings from 530 to 820. These are manufactured with certain distinct features to impart higher bending strength to teeth. Hub teeth double crowned from increased radial and axial misalignment capacity.

Automobile Gears

Manufactures and exports various kinds of Automobile Gears. Bajrang has a fully equipped plant with latest CNC Machines to manufacture Automobile Gears and Shafts for variety of vehicles. It also undertakes both prototype and production lots for these gears.

These Gears include Spur Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears, Spiral Bevel Gears, Mitre Gears, Axle Shafts, Timing Gears, Flywheel Ring Gears, Annulus Carriers, Carrier Assemblies, Spline Shafts, Chain Sprockets, Couplings, Dog Clutches, and variety of other transmission components.
