We can forge units from 5 kg to 5000 kg in a single piece. We can also forge rings up to 2000 mm in diameter and shafts up to 5 meters in length. We forge products as per DIN, BS, ASME, BIS standards or as per client’s requirements. EIL and third party inspectors like DNV, ILOYDS, BVIS and IBR have already approved our testing standards.

We perform various types of quality testing on our forgings like Tensile Testing, Impact Testing, and Hardness Testing. They are carried out keeping in mind the highest quality standards and specifications. We also provide facilities for performing Magnetic Particle Testing /Ultrasonic Testing/ and Penetrating Testing. All these testing are carried out to ensure that only the highest quality product reaches the market.

The steel used for forging are procured from reliable sources wherein quality is the most important thing. After the sourcing of steel, it is tested for its chemical composition before put to use. The testing is carried as per the latest standard and specifications. The quality certificate from the supplier is reviewed for the correctness of standards and specifications.
