Geared Motors

Elecon Helical geared motors are manufactured in a modern manufacturing plant on latest CNC machines conforming to all relevant standards under stringent quality controls. Electric Motors and helical gear boxes are built as one unit to give a coaxial and compact construction. Power Build Helical Geared Motors and Gear Reducers are available in foot, flange, foot-cum-flange and hub type construction.

Helical Geared Motors with Solid Shaft
Elecon Heliworm Geared Motors and gear reducers are compact and efficient units to attain slow speed. Output shaft is at right angle to motor shaft or input shaft. The gear box is provided with two mounting faces right angle to each other with identical mounting dimensions. First stage reduction is achieved by helical gears followed by worm gear reduction. Heliworm geared motors can be provided with output shaft at both ends.
Manufacturing range - 0.16 to 30 HP
Reduction ratio - upto 300 : 1

Helical Geared Motors with Hollow Shaft
Elecon Heliworm Geared Motors and reducers with Hollow Output Shaft are compact and efficient units to attain slow speed output shaft axis is at right angle to motor shaft. First stage reduction is achieved by helical gears followed by worm gear reduction.
Manufacturing range - 0.16 to 30 HP
Reduction ratio - upto 450 : 1

Helical-Bevel Geared Motors
Elecon Helical-Bevel Geared Motors and reducers are compact and highly efficient units, which are comparable with helical gear units. First stage reduction is by helical gear, a secondary spiral bevel gear set and third stage by helical gear.

This type of gear combination results in very low noice level. The helical-bevel gear units are available in foot-mounted construction with single or double output shaft. Helical-Bevel gear units are also available in shaft mounted design with hollow output shaft. All gears are case handed and the tooth profiles are ground for helical gear sets and lapped for bevel set.

PBL Geared Motors
Elecon Variable speed geared motor is morden device for stepless variation of speed. These are manufactured in our most morden plant on sophisticated CNC machines as per relevant standards under stringht quality control. They have wide applications in paper, textile, rubber, chemical, plastic, material handling and other industries.

PBL Geared Motors are available in foot, flange, foot cum flange, hub and U or Z type construction.
