Elecon designs & manufactures a wide range of worm, parallel shaft and right angle shaft helical and spiral bevel helical gears with horizontal and verticle output shafts in various sizes, from single to quadruple stage reduction.

Elecon gears are compact and light weight, saving space, reducing foundation structure costs and lubricating oil consumption.

Salient Features:

• Design for the Elecon EP Series is based on a Modular Gear concept.
• Monoblock housing for sizes upto 31 and split housing for sizes 35 to 67. Mounting position - Horizontal, Verticle or Inverted.
• Common housing for Helical as well as Spiral cum Helical Gear units.
• Case hardened and ground gears with profile correction for optimum load carrying capacity.
• Splash lubricated gear and bearings are standard. Forced lubrication by built-on or motor driven pump is optional.
• Additional cooling devices like fan cooling, cooling coil, external oil cooler etc., depending upon service conditions.
