Considering the market need of Traction Machine for 4 to 6 passengers’ capacity at an affordable price, Elecon has developed this machine to offer the cost effective product to the customers.

Traction machine L–115 ensures smooth and quiet operation with low noise and vibrations needed for passenger lift application. The critical components of the unit are manufactured on the CNC machines to achieve high quality level and performance. The latest measuring and testing aids ensure that the unit meets the desired design parameters to achieve trouble free performance in the field.

Twin Screw Extruder Drive Gear Box with Primary & Secondary Drive and Thrust Block
Twin Screw Extruder Drive Gear Box for Plastic Extrusion Machine. The Gear hosing is made up of Cast Iron of FG 250 as per IS 210 and thrust housing is made from SG Iron. Teeth are case hardened and ground to very close accuracy as per latest DIN Specification.

Special Two Output Shaft Helical Gearbox for Rubber Mixture Drive
This Gearbox is with extra heavy (Sturdy) Mild Steel Fabricated Housing of Material Fe410 WA as per IS 2062. The internals are case carburised, hardened and ground and speciality profile and longitudinal corrected to achieve higher rating and low noise level. The gears are made from high tensile carburising alloy steel of 17CrNiMo6 as per DIN-17210 and case hardened to 60 +/-2RC, precisely ground to accuracy class 6. Gearbox is with External Forced Lubrication cum Cooling system mounted on the side of gearbox.

Pinion Stand for 20-Hi Mill Drive for Steel Industries
All the Gears are of Double Helical type with case carburised, hardened and ground. The gears are made from high tensile carburising alloy steel of 17CrNiMo6 as per DIN-17210 and case hardened to 60 +/-2RC, precisely ground to accuracy class 6. Gearbox is with Internal Piping and end connection to connect with client's centralized lubrication, system.
The gearbox housing is made up from extra heavy (Sturdy) Mild Steel Fabricated I Material of Fe410WA as per IS 2062 to take care of the shock load.

660 KW Wind Mill Gear box
ELECON has successfully designed and manufactured 6.60 Kw Wind Mill Gear box to generate 600 Kw of Wind Power for our T600-48 DS Wind Mill. This is speed increaser type gearbox suitable to transmit 660 Kw generated by Wind Mill at 23 rpm. This gearbox used to increase the speed from 23 rpm to 1500 rpm. Input of gearbox is connected to the Blade shaft through heavy duty Shrink Disc.
