Bevel Type Right Angle Drive Gear Boxes

These Drives are used primarily to transmit power at 90 Degrees or to Split Powerfrom one Input Drive to one, two or three output Drives. They can be used from decreasing speed or to increase the speed (Specials), and they can be used in tandem as a group of "Power Take Off" drives from one common shaft. The Ratio of Bevel Gears are standardized at 1:1, 1.5:1 & 2:1. The HP ranges are 0.5 to 50. The Torque ranges are 1 KgM TO 50 KgM. There are four versions viz., Solid Input and Solid Output, Solid Input & Hollow Output, Hollow Input & Solid Output. Accessaries such as Motor Flange, Loose Mounting Feet, Provisions to Mount Encoders are available.

Bevel Gears are case Hardened & Bore Ground, Taper Roller Bearings, Hardened & Ground Chrome Moly Steel output Shaft/Grey Cast Iron Body and covers.

• FG - 2 Way, 3 Way & 4 Way (Solid Shaft at input & at output)
• FGH - K Type & L Type (Solid Shaft at input & Hollow shaft as cross shaft
• FGF 2 Way, 3 Way & 4 Way (Solid Shaft at input & at output with motor flange.
• FGHF - Solid shaft with motor flange at input & with hollow output shaft.
