Inventum began as the brainchild of three technocrats whose close association with the Bearing Industry and Indian Railway prompted its inception. The pooling of their over two decades experience of working in Multinational Bearing Companies and Indian Engineering Industries resulted in the understanding of the need and importance of proper Bearing mounting and dismounting equipment.

Inventum got the breakthrough with Indian Railways with the design & development of Hydraulic Bearing Extractor - Mobile Workstation for ICF/ EMU coach axle bearing and the unique design of mobile workstation resulted in Inventum being awarded a major order against global competitive bidding, financed by the World Bank.

Inventum has earned the distinction of being the leading supplier of Hydraulic Bearing Extractors-Mobile Workstation for ICF/EMU Coach Axle application and has supplied more than 100 such equipment to almost all Carriage & Wagon workshops of Indian Railways.

Inventum Mobile Hydraulic Press Model 'HIPR-100/70' is gaining acceptability with the Indian Railways as well as manufacturers of CTRBUs (Cartridge Taper Roller Bearing Units) because of its performance, which is at par with the best in the field.

Inventum specialises in developing special tools and equipment used for the proper handing, mounting and dismounting of shrunk fit machine elements like Bearings, Gears, Couplings and other transmission components.

For the design & manufacture of such specialised products, Inventum is using the latest techniques in Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Induction Heating.

Induction Heater Model 'HIB-04' is the latest addition to the range of 'HIB' Series

Induction Heaters HIB-04 (25 kVA)Induction Heaters manufactured by Inventum. For over a decade Inventum has been supplying 3 models i.e. 'HIB-01' (3-3.5 kVA), 'HIB-02' (6-8 kVA) and "HIB-03' (11-13 kVA) to the industries.

Keeping in view the special requirement of a few important customers, Inventum has now developed the Model 'HIB-04' (22-25 kVA unit) to heat larger size bearings and other components having mass upto 600 kgs.

In Model "HIB-04' the Electronic controls of the equipment permit continuous monitoring of ongoing process parameters. All the process parameters are set, controlled, and displayed on a LCD Display Unit, which also provides control features. The LCD Display Unit also gives digital readout of the bearing temperature/heating time.
