Jain Steel Industries founded in 1965, is a completely updated steel re-rolling unit committed to zero defect production caliber. As a result, Jain’s have been catering to the need of the projects of National importance (Public and Private Sectors) viz. Hydel Projects, Railways, Power, Defence. Jain’s Steel Structures have since than been in continuous demand with the Govt, Semi-Govt. & other Institutions. Jain’s are the first Unit in India to produce H-Beams (150x150mm, 200x200mm & 225x225mm) followed by other Beams, Channels, Angles, Flats, Rounds & TMT/CTD Bars of various sizes.

Raw Material

Billets/Slabs/Blooms, strictly conforming to IS: 2830, are used for rolling into the required sizes & sections which are further put to rigorous tests, i.e. Chemical Analysis & Ultrasonic Tests. Thereafter the raw material is slashed into assortment of sizes as needed and finally fed to 80 feet long Oil Fired Pusher Furnace to attain and maintain constant temperature of 1250° C, and then rolled.

Hydel Projects, Railway Tunnels, Railway Electrification, Transmission Structure and on top of it the Public and Private sectors. Jain's Steel structures have been in continuous demand with the Govt, Semi-Govt. & other Institutions. Jain’s Galvanised Masts have been enjoying a significant status with Railways for the Railway Electrification & H-Beams for making Ribs for Tunnels of Railways and Hydel Dams. At present, Jain’s Structure have become the need of the day. Jain’s is the first SSI unit in India to produce H-Beams and Columns (150x150mm, 152x152mm, 200x200mm & 25x225mm) apart from Industrial Use Rails of 30 lbs to 95 lbs followed by other beams, channels, angles and flats in various sizes to cater the demand of heavy industries, tunnels as well as hydel dams.

But after the sad demise of Shri P.S. Jain the reins of the company had to be taken over by his two sons: Sh. Pankaj Jain, CEO of the company and Sh. Sanjay Jain.
