UST India was founded on March 10h, 2005 as branch office of UST Umweltsensortechnik GmbH Geschwenda, Germany.

Our company's fields of operation are development, manufacture and distribution of sensor elements and testing devices, particularly but not exclusively in the environment technology field; and general software consultancy work.

The company is located at Geschwenda, Ilm County, in Thüringen, Germany. Our sensors and development services are offered and supplied to customers worldwide. We are located in the industrial estate of Geschwenda-South, adjacent to the new A 71 motorway, close to the Rennsteigtunnel, Germany’s longest motorway tunnel. New extensions to the motorway will improve access to our factory.

Our quality management system covers all areas within the company, from product development to production and distribution. Initial certification to ISO 9001 our system is continually expanded and upgraded to satisfy the high demands and expectations of our national and international customers. We place the same high standards on our suppliers. We always look for and work with reputable and approved suppliers to ensure that quality requirements of our clients are not compromised.
