Heat treatment facilities (Salt Baths) for HSS are in-house for better quality control.
Hobs are profile ground on WMW grinder. Shaving Cutters are ground on hurth grinder. Shaper cutters are ground on Red Ring, (USA) machines. Master Gears are ground on Maag (Swiss) Gear Grinders. Precision gears in greater quantity are ground on Reishauer Gear Grinder.

We intend to provide a one-stop shop for all kinds of gear cutting tools. We specialize in reverse engineering of gear samples and developing complete tooling for them. The organization is headed by a mechanical engineer from the prestigious IIT Delhi and therefore design of the tools is our major strength.
Quality
Quality of the tools is thoroughly checked on Lead and Involute Profile Testers. The company has 3 of these which are regularly calibrated against each other. Quality is also generated from our experienced workforce since we have been in this business for more than 20 years.
