Infrared Thermometers
For the non-contact measurement of surface temperatures, WIKA’s infrared thermometers now come with improved optics. The five different models, with their hand-held design, all feature a laser visor system, which enables precise measurement – from a distance of up to 8 metres.
Both of the high-end products in the range, which cover temperature ranges from –32 °C to 600 °C and to 760 °C, offer the user additional features for more demanding applications. They both offer a Min/Max function, an Average function and Hi/Lo alarms. Additionally, the emissivity can be adjusted from 0.01 to 1, enabling even more precise temperature measurement.
A thermocouple can also be connected to both of these instruments, which can be used, if needed, to determine a second, reference value for safety. All readings are stored by the data logger. Reference values can be called up directly on to the display.
The basic, low cost models work up to a distance of two metres and can measure temperatures between –32 °C and 535 °C – dependant on the instrument. All WIKA infrared hand-held instruments are user-friendly, with a robust design and high reliability. They enable a broad application throughout industry, from plant and machine maintenance to food monitoring.
The quality manufactured LIG measuring instruments are available for CNG OEM equipment as well as for aftermarket parts. They correspond to WIKA‘s high quality standards and thus also fulfil OEM requirements.
