Recovery of Sign In Information
To get your password, please enter your e-mail address and submit. We will send your Sign In information at the given E-mail address.
There are several reasons you may be unable to register
- User ID already exists
Try logging in with the chosen User ID. If you are unable to login, try using
the “Forgot Password” functionality or submit a request by telephone or e-mail webmaster@thomex.com to our Customer Care center to reset and email you a new
password.
- Invalid user ID
Verify that you are registering with a valid Email ID. Other IDs will not
be accepted.
Non-standard password submitted – You must adhere to Thomex password rules
(password must be at least 4 to 20 characters long).
- Absence of required data
Make sure you are entering valid data into all required fields. Remember, your
login User ID is your E-mail address.
