Standards: IS, ASME, DIN, and BS & as per customer’s requirement in pipeline sizes up to 1200mm and 600 Kg/cm 2 Kg/cm2 pressures.
Range: Our range comprises of Simplex Filter, Duplex Filter with manual change-over, Back Flushing Filters, Steam Jacketed, Magnetic & Automatic Self-Cleaning Filters etc. We also offer Pressure Filters, and Custom-Built Filtration Plants. Apart form these we fabricate Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Oil Coolers, After Coolers, Refrigerant Type Gas/Air Driers.
Filters Chamber: Can be a fabricated unit or of Casted body construction of Iron, Steel, Bronze, Stainless Steel Special Alloy etc. or forged for smaller sizes.
Filter Basket: Can be single sieve, double sieve or multimantle type made form wire-netting and/or perforated sheet of stainless steel, Phospher Bronze, Monel etc., with fineness up to 1 micron.
Simplex & Duplex Filters: Cast or Fabricated. Duplex Filter consists of simplex filters interconnected by means of two three-ways change-or valves which are either gate, disc or plug type. Duplex filter are installed where the liquid flow must not be interrupted while cleaning of the dirt-loaded elements during change over.
Magnetic Filters: With Magnets mounted for the removal of ferrous particles.
Steam Jacketed Filters: Also IBR approved, for filtration of viscous fluid.
Y Type Filters: So called because of their shape, are generally used with Air\Gases where the necessity for cleaning is frequent which is done by unscrewing the drain plug. They hold considerable less debris then basket filters.
T Type: Suitable either for horizontal or vertical downward Piping.
